only five letters word that have enough energy to destroy any relation. it is the kind of negative vibe that produces temporarily, but affects such a differently that can be unimaginable.

In fact, sometimes it becomes too large that it can kill that person inside as well as outside!!

it is responsible to destroy our society by many directions. it is also harmful for our families and most importantly for ourselves. it can be most effective factor to destroy our future, relations, health, mood and much more!
is it dependent on heritance ?
is it abnormal emotion?
or is this environmental or atmospheric problem ?
is it behavioural problem ?

Let's start discussing in deep:

So why this situation creating by human?
why it is complex emotion to us ?
yes, this is the point where we starts creating their own funeral and burial. this is situation, where we regret at most, but after only this done!
this is thing that is not necessary, but it happens more than expected and oftentimes even ahead of our control on ourselves. it happens when, we're stop receiving positive vibes from brain and starts thinking much differently (less than positively).
it's magnitude can be different by different people!
some of us, get it fastly when some are never or only sometimes get angerness. people are easily get angered when they're already experiencing negative feelings or struggle. it may caused by stress, hunger, sadness, betrayal, illness, etc.

Let see scientifically,
University of Pittsburgh researchers have found that behaviors like anger, hostility and aggression could also be genetic, rooted in variations during a serotonin receptor gene.
Although everyone experiences anger in response to frustrating or abusive situations, most anger is usuallyshort-lived. nobody is born with a chronic anger problem.
There are multiple ways in which people learn an aggressive angry expression style.

when we get angry, it seems many differences in the heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone production cortisol (the stress hormone). there is an increase in heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone, but the cortisol level decreases.also the left hemisphere of the brain becomes more stimulated.

Basically, there are lots of different meanings and definitions of anger.
anger is a natural, instinctive response to threats. some anger is necessary for our survival. anger becomes a problem when you have trouble controlling it because you can say or do things you regret.
A 2010 study found that excessive anger is bad for your wellbeing, both physical and mental.

Let see it is feeling, not action. there can be also another responsible factors for getting angered, even it comes fastly when we are already suffering from some negative impulses (as above)
some of us, can't handle their behaviour or can't let it go when it is going tough.
mostly, it happens due to unusual reasons or circumstances that we have not expected for.
it can also comes by love, fear, hard judgements, projections and even sometimes by holding
ourselves tough for specific reason.
it is that kind of situation that gives satisfaction for awhile but, resultant of this becomes regretful!

But see, is it abnormal or bad?
No, it is neither good not bad and it is obviously normal emotion like happiness or sadness.

As per psychology,
Anger is an emotion of antagonism to
someone, or something you feel has deliberately donewrong. It can offer you how to precise negative feelings, for instance , or motivate you to seek out solutions to problems.
anger is a response to fear it's a response to perceived or real threat. anger feels like fearlessness, but it isn't. The fearlessness of wrath is misleading, for anger is based on fear.

Anger can be a powerful and constructive emotion,
 if it is expressed appropriately.

it is good at follows:(there must be positively impact)
it can release our tension,
it can make ourselves energetic and give alertness about threats by opposition or enemy!
it can help us to communicate fastly,
it can provide new thoughts and information
it can resolve hidden conflicts
so that's how, it can also be positive and not bad.

but, everything has their own limit for being beneficial or harmful! let now see, some negative impacts of over angered.

Seemingly, it can be(maybe) responsible for failure in is full of hunger of progress, it can exerminate our progress and break down our families in a horrible way. it can affect every day activities, like work and extracurriculars. it can be hard to focus on tasks or accomplish projects and it can make people not want to work alongside you. Rage also provokes feelings of guilt, regret and shame.
while suffering, we feel unable to let loose and have fun. our anger can affect not only us, but the people in our life as well. It casts a negative feeling on those around us.
At the very least, our anger can cause people to feel postpone , upset, intimidated, afraid, or a couple of other unpleasant emotions. we’re also running the risk of pushing loved ones out of our life for good.

What are the physical effects of anger?
The long-term physical effects of uncontrolled anger include increased anxietyhigh blood pressure, stroke, dipression, insomnia and headache

today's world has rarely positive response from anger, mostly people got anger and destroy themselves!
therefore it requires hardly to get rid of angerness and prevent from it
That's how, we can avoid angerness but only sometimes and if and only we determine with ourselves strictly. anger is enough powerful emotion that can destroy everything (if it is out of control)
it can stop our progressive steps in any field or stage and eliminate it forever!!
